A Journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. I took my first step yesterday with weight management. The plan is to take four shakes per day as a meal replacement. Then half your body weight in ounces of water. I started the day with a Vanilla shake and then commenced to a day of yard work. It was a bit of a struggle. The hardest part was at end of day when I normally have a hardy dinner. Decided to watch a movie to get the mind off of all the food commercials. (Coming 2 America)
Hoping to get thru the next 20 weeks. One day at a time.
